Healthcare (PFI Hospital Projects):
Bid preparation and documentation for PFI Hospital project.
Management and coordination of 1:200 and 1:50 Clinical Design/Working Group Meetings with the Trust and the client
Management of the QA procedures throughout the project including, briefing documentation with regards to accommodation schedule, redlining, equipment coordination, room loadings and liaison with users.
Full technical knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, Derogations, Due Diligence, statutory compliance documentation and DDA (Disability Discrimination Act).
PFI project delivery procedures for all trade packages.
